Workers Comp

Ok, this is the second time this week I ran into a massive beast of a spider...
I was bending over to grab a pile of twigs in my back yard. Just as I leaned over I felt WEB! AHH!

I went from looking down to forward and saw THAT, IN MY FACE! Not hardly a foot away! Haven't seen one like this around here in years.

I'm not sure which was worse, the one a couple nights ago, or this one??

I NAMED IT workers comp because when it startled me I was doing yard work, and thought If this thing bit me I'd end up with workers comp... lol I'd be done for awhile!!

UPDATE- I've been watching this spider every morning for almost a month now. Today is August 24, and well I posted this picture on July 28.
Today when I got up I noticed a HUGE EGG SACK. It is GOLFBALL SIZED. I will take pics in the morning, I tried today but my camera was dead then it started raining. This spider has been really awesome!
